Sparking an idea
There are many different ways Science & Technology can be promoted. Promotional activities can have a local, regional, national or international focus. Promotions can range from the tried-and-true ways of communicating and interacting with audiences like lecture series through to cutting-edge activities such as video conferencing or performance art.
Remember that you will be staging your project for both attentive and non-attentive audiences. A non-attentive audience is one not already participating in or committed to activities related to Science & Technology.
Typically, its members don't already show a strong interest in or strong understanding of the value of Science & Technology to New Zealand's success and wellbeing, so the type of promotional activity you settle on should have broad appeal.
