Delivering your project

Whatever type of Science & Technology activity you are planning, you will need to map out a plan for its delivery to make sure it's implemented successfully.

By the time your project is ready for delivery, you will have already completed the steps in either the Bright Ideas Checklist or the Education Resource Checklist or followed an institutional "filtering" process or similar. You would also have determined who is to act as Project Manager, or whether you need to recruit someone professional for the role. Key tasks of a Project Manager are listed here.

Delivering Your Project

Reviewing how your developed idea can be professionally delivered forms part of the feasibility, risk analysis and/or your business plan. Once you've defined your project, developed its parameters, as well as secured project partners and funding, you move to the implementation stage. Successful implementation is detailed in our Project Delivery Checklist. How you choose to deliver the project depends on the following factors, which you can gauge for your situation by answering these questions.
